A Champagne for Chablis lovers, this Blanc de Blancs delivers all the crisp, zippy flavor we love in unoaked Chardonnay, but with an effervescent twist. Notes of green apple and Meyer lemon are tamped down by a slight brioche sweetness, while grippy acidity and focused perlage keep things decadent... Château de Bligny is a castle in Champagne. It has seen a total of seven owners since the early 18th century. Since 1999, the Rapeneau family have been the stewards of this land and are doing an excellent job carrying on the estate’s legacy. This Blanc de Blancs is an absolute joy to drink.
