Very elegant and smoothe in the sensory profile showing notes of lavender, wild violets, hibiscus, gardenia flowers, magnolia and elderflower. The secondary profile is very fresh offering eucalyptus and peppermint. Full bodied, solid and mature on the centre palate with strong reminders of the grape variety in the aftertasting.

The nose is fruity and offers freshness as well as a certain density. It reveals notes of violet, small black fruits and slight notes of fresh blueberry associated with touches of graphite, fresh purple plum and discreet hints of spice. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers a juicy/fresh frame, freshness, tension, precision as well as greediness and a nice touch. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of creamy/fresh blackberry, luscious blackcurrant and slight notes of fresh/creamy raspberry associated with touches of luscious/juicy plum, chocolate, toasted notes as well as a discreet hint of gray pepper, roasted almond and a subtle hint of coffee. Good length.
